New enhancement enables structured data capture at every stage of the shipment within a single platform, strengthening operational control and compliance
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, March, 11th 2026: Logistics technology specialist TransFollow has launched fully configurable digital questionnaires within its platform, enabling shippers, carriers and receivers to collect structured operational and compliance data from drivers at every stage of transport.
The new capability, Questionnaire, allows companies to create customised forms that can be embedded into shipment processes, including departure, arrival, loading, unloading, delivery and mission completion.
All information is captured within the TransFollow Drive app and, when online, directly shared to TransFollow Portal or via API, creating a single, centralised source of truth.

“Transport involves far more checks than can be recorded in a standard consignment note,” said Eleonora Georgieva, Product Manager at TransFollow.
“With Questionnaire, our customers decide exactly what information must be captured at each step, from vehicle inspections and temperature verification to damage reporting with mandatory photos.
“The driver completes everything within the same workflow, and the data is instantly available to authorised stakeholders.”
Traditional transport documents provide limited space to record detailed operational checks, and as compliance requirements increase, logistics providers need better ways to document vehicle condition, warehouse procedures, goods quality, temperature controls, safety checks and incident reports.
TransFollow’s Questionnaire tool addresses this gap by enabling structured, standardised data collection throughout the shipment lifecycle.
The forms support multiple field types, including text, numerical inputs, checkboxes, dates and photo uploads, and fields can be set as mandatory to ensure required checks are completed.
“By embedding operational workflows directly into the shipment process, we are helping customers standardise compliance and quality controls in a practical, scalable way,’ added Georgieva.

The functionality is available offline within the TransFollow Drive app, ensuring uninterrupted data capture even in low-connectivity environments, and once reconnected, all data synchronises automatically.
